What to Expect at Your First Visit
Most patients have never been to a chiropractor before, or have had an experience somewhere else that left them with questions. Here is exactly how it works at Lagoni Chiropractic.
Step 1: Your First Visit — The Exam
Your first appointment is a detailed one. Dr. Jay will sit down with you, go through your health history, and talk through what has been going on. He will ask about contributing factors like your daily routine, your work, and how long you have been dealing with the problem. From there you will receive a thorough physical evaluation. If X-rays are needed, we take them right here in the office with our digital X-ray unit.
Step 2: Your Second Visit — The Report
This is where everything comes together. Dr. Jay will walk you through his findings, your diagnosis, and his recommended care plan in plain language. You will receive a home rehabilitation program specific to your condition, a clear picture of what improvement should look like and on what timeline, and we will do our best to provide a summary of your insurance benefits and estimated costs before your care plan begins.
Most patients receive their first adjustment at this visit. You will leave knowing exactly what is going on and what comes next.
A note on our care model:
Every care plan is built around you. Dr. Jay performs progress evaluations throughout your care to make sure you are getting the results you came for. There is no prepay and no pressure to commit to more than makes sense for your situation.
Insurance and Payment
Lagoni Chiropractic is in-network with most major insurance carriers. If you have coverage, we will provide a detailed summary of your benefits and out-of-pocket costs at your Report of Findings appointment before your care plan begins. No surprises.

We see plenty of cash-pay patients. Initial visit costs range depending on medical necessity, with follow-up visits priced based on the services provided. Call the office for current rates. There are no packages to purchase and no long-term financial commitments required.
